Super Health Care, Inc is a Medicare and Medicaid certified agency serving all Denver Metro Area and Boulder since 2004. There are no out of pocket costs for our Medicare and Medicaid patients. We also accept private pay patients.
Our highly skilled and trained nurses, certified nursing aides, physical, occupational, and speech therapists together with the client and their family and the medical doctor develop individualized client care plans which assist our clients regain their independence at home.

Super Health Care, Inc provides language assistance by use of our multilingual staff, interpreters, and phone interpretation services.
